Form-A-Drain is a patented three-in-one concrete footing form system, foundation drainage system and sub-slab perimeter radon reduction system. Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lineal sections are used in place of wood or aluminum to form the footing, and remain in place after the concrete is poured, saving time and money. Form-A-Drain is available in four sizes (4", 6", 8" and 10") and is supplied in convenient 12-foot lengths.

In 2006, CertainTeed entered the insulated concrete wall market with the patented ThermaEZE Thermal Insulation System. ThermaEZE provides a cost-effective means for building thermally efficient poured concrete walls – above and below grade. And, it’s easy to install as the insulated panels are simply slid into the wall forms as they are set.
