Zoomlion Introduces the ZLJ 40X-4Z at WOC 2009
Yorkville, Wisconsin (February 17, 2009) -- After much anticipation Zoomlion Industries in partnership with CIFA USA, Inc. introduced their ZLJ 40X-4Z truck mounted boom pump at the 2009 World of Concrete.
This is the first concrete boom pump designed and built in cooperation with CIFA USA for the US market. Its original construction started at one of Zoomlion 8 manufacturing facilities in Asia and then was completed at CIFA USA in Milwaukee.
This unit features a 4 section Z style boom, with X style hydraulic outriggers. The unit utilizes familiar components and features that American customers demand such as Stiebel PTO, Rexroth Hydraulic system, Siemens and Scheinder electrical components, Hawe valves, Brevini gearmotor and SSAB Swedish steel weldox type.
Additionally showcasing several standard features not commonly found on 40 meter class such as hard faced and carbide wear parts, easy serviceable multi-piece piston cups, high pressure water pump, hard chromed pumping cylinders and boom and turret lights.
The electrical panel is a full logic control and PLC readout monitor by Siemens for monitoring of operational systems. The unit comes standard with a HBC proportional radio remote control with built-in LED display for data feed-back through two-way communication technology.
This unit incorporate the latest fuel consumption control technology. The SES (Smart Energy System engine RPM logic) senses engine demand and automatically adjusts engine RPM for optimum fuel efficiency without operator assistance.
The 40 meter ZL has been put in operation immediately after the Show under a diligent monitoring program that will provide us with important feedback, using real customer and field operational conditions.
In addition ZOOMLION introduced to the American market the HBT 80.18, one of many ZOOMLION world class portable jobsite concrete pumps. This high powered unit with top components provides up to 111 cubic yards per hour production with 2610 PSI concrete pressure and 800 vertical feet high rise pumping. It is powered by Deutz diesel engine and Rexroth hydraulics combined by Mitsubishi electronics for dependable service. Long lasting carbide wear parts are standard.
In November 2008 ZOOMLION trailer pump model HBT80-18-181RS broke the world record of vertical reach pumping 80-100 C class concrete at an amazing height of 1,311 Ft (437 meters) at the Xita Tower Project in Guangzhou, China.
CIFA USA, will manage the assembly, distribution and full service of Zoomlion equipment in America from its facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
