The CIFA Group Announces New Board of Directors for CIFA USA, Inc.
Valley Forge, Pennsylvania (February 28, 2007) -- During January 2007, the shareholders of the CIFA Group appointed a new Board of Directors for its American subsidiary, CIFA USA, Inc. Mr. Matteo Rolla has been elected President and CEO, Mr. Steffano Marcon as Vice-President, and Mr. Borsani and Mr. Vimercati as Directors.
While expressing his gratitude towards the previous Board Members, Mr. Alceste Murada, CEO of the CIFA Group, said “In order to maintain the same level of excellence established by the previous board members, the CIFA shareholders decided to appoint executives who have strategic positions within the CIFA Group as the new members of the CIFA USA Board of Directors. The elections stress the importance for our organization to understand the requirements of the United States market in order to satisfy our customers’ needs.”
Mr. Rolla has been leading the company for almost 2 years; Mr. Marcon, with his brilliant career in international corporations, is the new CFO of the CIFA Group. Mr. Borsani and Mr. Vimercati have over 15 yrs working experience with CIFA and they cover the position of Executive Assistant and Quality Assurance Director, and International Sales Director, respectively.
