Anderson, P.E. and contractor, author of "Earth Sheltered Residencial Design Manual," "Underground Building Design, " and "Earth Sheltered Housing Design," has lectured throughout the U.S. and Canada on foundation construction for CFA and such groups as the World of Concrete and the National Association of Home Builders.

SEMINAR OBJECTIVES:
The seminar will discuss procedures and concerns before and during the casting of the footings and walls. Topics discussed will include soil types, bearing pressure, footing construction, wall design and construction, concrete and steel, and early cracking. Sufficient time will be allowed for attendees to ask questions about concerns or problems they may be experiencing in their work.
