The Western Pennsylvania Concrete Foundations Association (WPCFA), a voluntary, non-profit local chapter of the Concrete Foundations Association, which represents the concrete poured wall industry in Western Pennsylvania (see map of members).

Established in 2004, WPCFA is dedicated to promoting and improving the quality of cast-in-place concrete construction through educational, technical and marketing activities.
