Rounded walls of 12-ft height. Columns & piers integrated in various areas of foundation walls.

Project Complexities:

We broke the house into two different phases. The “main” house basement & all the attached garages + porches. The layout was done with a total station, and checked frequently for accuracy throughout the project prior to pour.

Additional Project Details:

In planning for this, we ordered and bundled our rebar to match-up with the various phases/areas of the project. When it was delivered, we were able to match up the various engineering details with the separated rebar shipments. This saved sorting and “travel” on jobsite. Material handling was lessened this way. Accuracy of measurements was checked with the total station and regular lasers throughout the process prior to pouring ensuring plumb and positioning.
