We had 11 - 45 degree corners and 48 - 90 degree corners. We also had a very challenging radius section in the rear of the foundation with several door openings in the radius.
Project Complexities:
Due to the complexity of the project we hired a surveyor to lay out the foundation corners and set back lines.
Additional Project Details:
The foundation walls for this 9,800 sq.ft. home were 12-ft high to accommodate a hot tub room, a dance studio and billiards room.
The house sets on a hill with a beautiful view of the Susquehonna River and boasts a $400,000+, 8” thick stone veneer using stone from old barn foundations.
The over all cost of this project exceeds $3,000,000.
