Significant Footing Details:
Footings at the sub-basement were 10’0” wide with 18 - #8 bars and 8 - #5 bars horizontal and double #8 bars at 6” o.c.
Outstanding Features:
Wall’s had many shelves and columns and steel embeds to accommodate wide flange beams to support the concrete deck.
Project Complexities:
This house is 4 stories with 2 floors below ground with a basketball court at the sub-basement that required concrete walls 37’ tall with caissons up to 50’ with rebar cages and wide flange beams as well as tie backs.
